Daniel C. Agresta III, a 12 year veteran of the telecommunications industry, is the Vice President of Business Development - DAS Solutions for American Tower. Mr. Agresta leads negotiations, sales and business development efforts for the DAS Solutions division. His team manages 800 indoor DAS venues across the nation. Mr. Agresta previously served American Tower as Vice President of Sales & Business Development, where he led the business negotiations of all carrier and real estate contracts. Prior to this role, he served as Vice President of Collocation Sales for the former SpectraSite organization, where he was responsible for the company’s nationwide collocation sales activity. Mr. Agresta has served as Vice President of National Accounts, responsible for the ATT and T-Mobile accounts. He also served in various M&A, sales management and site development roles. He holds a B.S. from Ohio University.

Gene spent 13 years with McCaw Cellular/AT&T Wireless in various senior leadership roles in network engineering and operations, and was also Head of Services for the US Subregion at Nokia Siemens Networks.
With more than 20 years in the telecom industry, Gene has extensive leadership experience with major carriers and equipment vendors. He has managed the build-out of thousands of cell sites and switch locations, and deployed next generation technologies to thousands more.
Other accomplishments include leading the development and deployment of enterprise network management systems; managing a portfolio of thousands of network and office properties; leading teams to create technical standards, engineer best-in-class processes, develop and deliver training, and create world class documentation; and managing large capital and expense budgets.
Gene holds a Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University and a Masters degree from the University of Washington. |

David E. Bronston joined Cozen O’Connor’s New York office in April 2009 as a Member in the Business Law Department. Prior to joining the firm, he was a partner with Wolf Block LLP in New York. A member of the Corporate Law Group, Mr. Bronston is a former general counsel of the New York City Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications. He was responsible for administering and enforcing nine franchise agreements with the major cable system operators covering more than 1,500,000 subscribers. He also negotiated the broadband telecommunications franchises. Mr. Bronston is highly experienced with public, educational and governmental access issues.
Mr. Bronston works with Cozen O’Connor Public Strategies, advocating for clients with decision-makers in all branches of local, state, and federal government. This team includes former elected and appointed public officials at all levels, and professionals who have the knowledge and experience to create winning strategies for protecting clients’ interests, presenting their positions, and ensuring that their voices are heard. Mr. Bronston has written extensively on telecommunications matters, including the update to the treatise Communications Law and Practice to incorporate the Telecommunications Act of 1996. He recently wrote "The Wired City Building" for the New York Law Journal. He is also a frequent lecturer at national and state seminars and conventions on telecommunications issues.
Mr. Bronston served as chair of the Telecommunication Law Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York from 2003 to 2006 and as co-chair of the New York City Chapter of the Federal Communications Bar Association. He is currently a member of the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors and is on the board of advisors of Pike and Fischer's Communications Environmental & Land Use Law Report. Previously, he was a member of the Telecommunications Policy Advisory Group of the New York City Economic Development Corporation.
Mr. Bronston was vice chair of the board of directors of the Adirondack Council from 2001 to 2005, and is currently on the boards of both the Adirondack Council and Parks and Trails, New York. He is a member of the "Adirondack 46ers," having climbed all the peaks in the Adirondacks over 4,000 feet. Mr. Bronston earned his law degree from Fordham University Law School, his M.P.A. from Columbia University, and his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Harvard University. He is AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell. |

During his 20-year plus career in the optical fiber industry, Allen Dixon has held numerous positions at Corning Cable Systems (formerly Siecor) including field engineering, product line management, marketing, and market development. In his current role as Business Development manager, Allen spearheads efforts aimed at the exploring new markets, new applications, and new customers for Corning Cable Systems. He is particularly interested in increased deployment of optical fiber in emerging public and private wireless network architectures, especially distributed antenna systems.
A vocal proponent of the role of standards and industry, Allen is a veteran of the ATM Forum, TIA and IEEE. He is a past chair of the TIA Fiber Optic LAN Section and is the current chair of the DAS Forum, sponsored by PCIA.

Christopher B. Fisher is a partner in the law firm of Cuddy & Feder LLP and Chair of the firm's Telecommunications Practice. Cuddy & Feder maintains offices in New York City, White Plains, the Hudson Valley and Stamford, Connecticut. Mr. Fisher regularly represents wireless carriers, tower companies, DAS providers, fiber-optic backhaulers and local exchanges in federal, state and local land use and environmental permit applications throughout New York and Connecticut. He has been lead counsel in numerous precedent setting cases with significant litigation victories for the wireless industry dating back to the early 1990s. Mr. Fisher lectures before state and local bar and planning associations and at PCIA and NYSWA industry shows. He has authored several articles in The New York Law Journal and for the New York State Bar Association with respect to zoning, wireless siting and litigation. Mr. Fisher is admitted to practice in the states of New York and Connecticut including the United States Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the District of Connecticut, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Michael Fitch is President and CEO of PCIA – the Wireless Infrastructure Association. Prior to PCIA, Fitch held senior positions in industry and government. He began his career at the Federal Communications Commission as an attorney and advanced through management positions to Bureau Chief and Senior Legal and International Advisor to the Chairman. Fitch moved from the FCC to the U.S. Department of State, where he was an Office Director and Deputy Assistant Secretary for International Communications and Information Policy. He headed U.S. delegations to International Telecommunication Union and Inmarsat conferences as well as bilateral negotiations with other countries. From the State Department, Fitch moved to Hughes Communications as Vice President for Spectrum Management. After the acquisition of Hughes Space and Communications by Boeing, he continued in that responsibility for Boeing Satellite Systems and was also responsible for new Homeland Security programs. Fitch received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia University. |

Mr. Gasser is the Project Manager for Wireless Collocation at Puget Sound Energy (PSE) in western Washington. He has 15 years of experience in wireless and joint use, working on both the utility and the wireless sides of the business. The last 10 years have been with PSE, where Mr Gasser manages all aspects of wireless infrastructure on PSE poles and property. He currently oversees some 400 wireless facilities. Prior to working on wireless and joint use issues, Mr. Gasser spent 10+ years in the nuclear industry, eventually coming to the Pacific Northwest as the Component Reliability Engineer for Portland General Electric’s Trojan Nuclear Plant.
Mr. Gasser graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in History (BA), and subsequently has earned graduate degrees in Environmental Science & Engineering (MS) and Management of Science and Technology (MS) from Oregon Graduate Institute/Oregon Health Sciences University. He is active in volunteer education, serving as a classroom instructor with Junior Achievement and as an outdoor science mentor with the science education non-profit organization Wolftree. He is currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors for UtiliSite and Wolftree. |

Jim has worked at Verizon Wireless for over 17 years in various positions within Sales and Network. For the last 10 years, Jim has been the lead on the Washington/Baltimore network implementation team for Verizon Wireless in the greater Washington, DC market. Responsibilities have included all Real Estate and Construction activities for all embedded base sites, New Cells, special event cell sites, Mobile switching centers and in building projects.
He has an extensive experience in leading efforts to launch new markets/products including the 1st Bell Atlantic Mobile market to launch 3G/EVDO in 2001, The North Carolina Outer Banks in 2006.
In building projects have taken a significantly more important role in the past few years and Jim has formed a team to focus on new in building opportunities and LTE upgrades. Recent completions include key Government installations, stadiums, arenas, convention centers, hospitals and university projects. |

Matthew is the telecommunications, commerce, science, and education advisor to Senator Olympia Snowe (R-Maine). As Senator Snowe's Legislative Assistant, Matthew deals with a wide range of telecommunications and media issues including spectrum policy, Internet governance, broadband, media ownership, universal service, cyber security, and network neutrality.
Prior to working in the Senate, Matthew was the Telecom & IT Task Force Director for the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC), a nonpartisan membership organization of state legislators. There he was responsible for educating and advising state legislators on telecommunications and IT issues as well as working with members to develop model legislation. Before joining ALEC, Matthew worked for over eight years in the telecommunications industry, most recently for Verizon Communications. There he worked in network architecture and planning, sales & marketing, and business development. Prior to that, he spent several years in the cable industry where he held engineering and product development positions for broadband services. Matthew holds an electrical engineering degree from Georgia Tech where he studied fiber optics and telecommunications, and an MBA from the University of Maryland. |

Jane Jackson is Associate Chief of the FCCs Wireless Telecommunications Bureau. Her responsibilities include managing enforcement of federal environmental and historic preservation laws as they affect telecommunications tower construction; oversight of the Auctions and Spectrum Access Division; managing the Commissions implementation of Hearing Aid Compatibility requirements for wireless phones; and implementing portions of the 21st Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act of 2010. She also represents the Wireless Bureau on the Native Nations Broadband Taskforce. Ms. Jackson was Associate Chief of the
Wireline Competition Bureau from 2001- 2005. Before that, she was Chief of the Wireline Bureau’s Pricing Division from 1998- 2001, and Deputy Chief of that division from 1996- 1998. Between 1976 and 1998 she served the Commission in a variety of other positions. |

Mr. Kavanagh is President, DAS Networks for Crown Castle. Mike was a co-founder & CEO of NewPath Networks from 2003-2010. He has worked in the telecommunications industry for over 20 years focusing on wireless technology and infrastructure. He has gained broad experience as a wireless service provider, hardware/OEM manufacturer, and as an owner of wireless infrastructure & network operator. He has consistently worked with visionary technology products to optimize the efficiency of wireless network infrastructure. Prior to founding NewPath Networks, Mr. Kavanagh co-founded Metawave Communications, a cellular infrastructure company focused on improving capacity and performance through the use of smart antennas. At Metawave, Mr. Kavanagh served in various executive roles in both sales and product management. Earlier in his career, Mr. Kavanagh worked at US WEST NewVector (now part of Verizon Wireless) focusing on the commercialization of the CDMA technology. He has also worked overseas for Raytheon Corporation in the United Kingdom. Mr. Kavanagh holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Masters in Business Administration from Seattle University. |

Tormod Larsen is an engineering and technology executive with a deep understanding of telecommunications infrastructure. He has developed, built and managed numerous network systems throughout the United States. Prior to joining ExteNet Systems, Larsen was Vice President of Sales and Engineering for LGP Allgon, Ltd., where he was responsible for building the Coverage Systems Division that deployed large multi-operator systems. During his career at Allgon, Larsen held several other executive and managerial positions, including Director of Technology and Engineering for Allgon Telecom, Ltd., and Regional Manager of Coverage Engineering for North America. A senior RF engineering specialist with extensive expertise in distributed antenna systems, he has managed network implementations for the Chicago Transit Authority, Microsoft Campus, Seattle Tacoma International Airport, Wynn Las Vegas and Mandalay Resorts Group.
Before Allgon, Mr. Larsen served as Global Product Manager for Repeater and Confined Area Communication Systems with Siemens AG. While at Siemens, Mr. Larsen held other senior technical and engineering positions with specific focus on distributed antenna systems as well as wireless communication in confined environments. Mr. Larsen holds an MSEE from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim. |

She has also worked as a consultant on numerous projects involving fiber placement and antenna siting at On Fiber, American Tower and at Tetra Tech Wireless. |

Neil has been a leader in the Cellular DAS industry for over 12 years with several companies and organizations. He joined MobileAccess in March, 2009 and has been instrumental in driving the successful achievement of corporate objectives across a number of Sales and Operational arenas. He is currently responsible for the go-to-market launch and development of Corning MobileAccess distribution channel through Cisco and associated VAR ecosystem. Prior to joining MobileAccess, Neil served as National Sales Director for Custom Network Solutions (CNS) at Sprint Nextel. At CNS, Neil was responsible for quota driven sales leadership for regional sales teams accountable for qualifying and selling end to end in-building DAS solutions. From 2002 to 2009, Neil oversaw the creation and development of multiple cross-functional support teams within CNS, including a national team for Sales Engineering. Before 2002, he held multiple leadership positions in Nextel and CB&I, a global EPC, focusing on the interaction between the engineering and sales organizations for network development and construction. Neil earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY and holds an MBA from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA. |

Since that time, he has remained within the department, including the transitional period when SpectraSite merged with American Tower Corporation in 2005. Mr. Wodka has been responsible for the specification, design, design documentation, and material provisioning for IDAS projects. During his tenure with SpectraSite/American Tower, he has overseen or personally designed over 200 neutral-host in-building systems across the US. Among these projects are included 19 casinos in Las Vegas, 10 casinos in Atlantic City, and nearly 200 top-tier shopping malls nationwide.
